Pay off mortgage or save for retirement
We do not have "Anaboliset Aineet" a 401k through my husbands "Anabolika Definition" employer. I am a sahm. We do have retirement thing at the bank of about 1000k and it hardly grows and we have not added to it in the last few years. With an extra 500 a month or so should we add to that retirment or agreesively try to pay down our mortgage? Or do both? We owe 74k on the house and its a 30 year mortgage. In 30 years we don't want to pay twice as much for the mortgage. Also how much emergency money should we have put aside. Comprar Levitra Currently we have 1400. Lastly "Oxandrolone Powder India" we are going to need to replace a vehicle in the near future. We're not exactly sure when but both our vehicles have over 120K mi. Also we have a 2k balance on the credit card.
Generally, paying extra on the mortgage comes after almost all other financial goals, IMO. I understand the pull of paying less interest, but invested prudently (and it's possible your investments need some adjustment), your retirement investments should earn you more than your mortgage costs you.
I wouldn't Testosterone Cypionate Peak focus on the mortgage right now. I'd concentrate on paying off the card and beefing up your emergency fund for now. Your current savings level would have me in a panic. My car is at 160k and still going strong so I'd set money aside for repairs and hold onto them for as long as you can. You also need to start saving money for home repairs. Once your savings is in good shape then you can focus on maximizing your retirement contributions and paying down the mortgage.
Do you have a current budget?
I think you are an ideal candidate for Dave Ramsey's "Baby Steps."
Since you have a small amount of savings, I'd call that Step 1 (which is usually $1 2k).
Step 2 is Testosterone Enanthate Every 4 Days paying off all non mortgage debt: for you this would be credit cards
Step 3: 6 month emergency fund
Step 4: at least 15 % to retirement
So I'd look into refinancing the mortgage to lower your Tren-H100 Global Anabolics interest and payment. Then throw the $500/mo plus "4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone Ireland" whatever you free up through refinancing at that credit card. Once the CC is paid off, start saving for a 6 month cushion.
